    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with company management to develop and execute financial processes
    • aligned with financial regulations and company policies.
    • Lead and oversee bookkeeping operations and ensure accurate financial records.
    • Oversee P&L statements, balance sheet, financial reporting, and cash-flow analysis.
    • Supervise the accounts receivable and payable process, ensuring timely invoicing
    • and payment collections.
    • Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with
    • business goals.
    • Supervise reimbursements, payments and transactions processes.
    • Lead, mentor and manage Finance team, ensuring efficiency and professional
    • development.
    • Manage and improve finance workflows for efficiency and compliance.

     

    Profile

    • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Advanced English and German with strong communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP-compliant financial statements (UK or DE GAAP is a
    • plus).
    • Strong accounting skills, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals and
    • financial statement preparation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
    • Structured and precise working style with a strong focus on accuracy and
    • consistency.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to push team toward success.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Finance Manager to coordinate and
    • track finance-related tasks, resolve open questions, and ensure the timely completion
    • of tasks and milestones.
    • Assist in the operations of the Finance department, including accounts receivable,

    • Support the management of the accounting processes, including proper handling of
