Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Trainee to support our Customer Success team with operational tasks and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong English skills and a proactive mindset who is eager to develop a career in customer success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, structured, and willing to take on repetitive yet essential tasks, with a long-term goal of transitioning into a Junior Customer Success Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Success team with day-to-day operational tasks and administrative support
- Handle manual processes such as generating reports, processing refunds, and updating customer records
- Support customers by assisting in inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Adapt to new automation initiatives and gradually take on additional responsibilities in customer engagement and account management
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while identifying potential improvements
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop within the field of Customer Success
- Basic understanding of customer experience, SaaS, or email marketing (preferred but not required)
