Voice Bot Developer Offline

About the Company:

We develop intelligent voice bots for business process automation. Our solutions integrate with CRM systems, enterprise data buses, and other platforms using an open-source technology stack (Rasa, spaCy) and the Node-RED platform.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and configuring voice/chat bots based on Rasa.

• Integrating bots with external systems (API, CRM, data buses) via Node-RED.

• Creating custom actions and logic in JavaScript within Node-RED.

• Adapting NLP models (spaCy) to meet specific client requirements.

• Participating in bot architecture design and optimization.

• Interacting with clients: gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and providing support.

Requirements:

• Experience with Rasa (NLU, dialogue scenarios, custom actions).

• Knowledge of Node-RED and the ability to create complex integration flows.

• Knowledge of Grafana for running data analytics.

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript for custom logic development in Node-RED.

• Understanding of NLP principles and experience with libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or similar.

• Experience integrating with external APIs, databases, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, AmoCRM).

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes for deploying Rasa bots.

• Knowledge of Python for Rasa component customization.

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals for model fine-tuning.
