Business Analyst with РO experience Offline

To thrive in this position, we’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 4+ years of Product Owner experience. Proficiency in healthcare enterprise products will be highly advantageous. 

About the project 
Developed a platform enabling real-time verification of user eligibility and monitoring of changes in eligibility statuses. This system utilizes predefined criteria for comparison and analytics, offering automated tracking of discrepancies and efficient updates. It was tailored for industries requiring high-accuracy validation, ensuring compliance and reducing operational overhead.  

Requirements:  

• 4+ years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Azure devops, Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and translate business requirements into tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and focus on documentation.
• Deep understanding of the Healthcare domain

Responsibilities: 

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date product documentation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features. 

Team: 14 people - Project Manager, 5 Developers, 2 QA, Tech writer, Designer

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule.
