Business Analyst (FinTech) Offline

You will be working on a cutting-edge fintech solution specializing in crypto and FIAT transactions for individual and corporate clients. Our high-risk financial platform empowers customers to send and receive payments globally with a focus on speed, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in analysis, with focus on business analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Effective at facilitating communication and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Capable of working autonomously while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

• Proficiency in using task tracking and project management tools.

   

Regulatory Knowledge

• Analytics frameworks: BABOK.
• Process and modeling notations: UML 2.5, BPMN 2.0.2, EPC.

Tools Expertise

• Prototyping: Figma.
• Task management and documentation: Jira, Confluence.

Deliverables and Artefacts

• Impact maps, user story maps, and customer journey maps (CJMs).
• Functional diagrams and work algorithms.
• Detailed use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• A background in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

Activities and responsibilities

• Organize and lead sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Examine existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and automation to optimize operations.
• Convert business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, functional specifications, wireframes, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
• Perform analytical reviews and participate in user acceptance testing to confirm that solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and aligned with business goals.
• Support developers by ensuring they have the necessary information and resources for successful execution and providing feedback.
• Track the progress of tasks to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues proactively, and escalate matters when required.
