Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services both offline and online;
  • Organize and manage offline events such as conferences, trade shows, client meetings, and corporate events;
  • Plan and execute online activities, including webinars, product demonstrations, and social media campaigns;
  • Create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, SMM, paid advertising, SEO, PPC);
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and business development;
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, analyze the performance of marketing activities, and prepare reports with recommendations for optimization;
  • Negotiate with vendors and partners for event organization and joint activities;

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing;
  • Strong understanding of both offline marketing (event organization, trade shows) and online tools (digital marketing, SEO, SMM, email marketing);
  • Experience in organizing and conducting online webinars, product demonstrations, and online presentations;
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign data to make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with various teams and partners;
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, marketing CRM systems);
  • Knowledge of graphic and presentation tools is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure;
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.
