As General Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives, from developing new monetization channels to fostering strategic partnerships. You'll optimize our organizational processes, manage a large, remote workforce, and ensure that our company culture promotes innovation and collaboration.

• Operational Excellence: Implement effective organizational structures and standardize processes to enhance efficiency across all departments. Manage cross-departmental coordination to achieve unified goals
• Team Leadership: Lead a large, remote team, ensuring consistent communication, alignment with company values
