    We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager who will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital acquisition campaigns. You will be tasked to work with a dynamic online gaming operator with a unique advantage - a clean, compliant working environment on Facebook that maximizes ad performance.

    You’ll work on ad creation, landing page optimization, and progressive web application (PWA) enhancements. Collaborating closely with creative, development, and marketing teams, your efforts will be pivotal in driving user growth and engagement solely through Facebook advertising channels.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning & Execution: 

    • Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies from the ground up.
    • Establish effective processes and integrate necessary software solutions in collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams.

    Digital Asset Creation & Optimization:

    • Lead the creation and optimization of engaging Facebook ad creatives.
    • Design and refine landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

    Campaign Management & Analysis:

    • Execute and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns, focusing on key performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates.
    • Perform A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance.

    Competitive & Market Analysis:

    • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to implement innovative approaches for user acquisition.

    Cross-Department Coordination:

    • Collaborate with retention, product, and marketing teams to ensure all user acquisition efforts align with overall company goals

    Budget Management:

    • Manage and optimize ad spend to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining cost-efficiency.

       

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing experience within online gaming.
    • Deep expertise in Facebook Ads management with a thorough understanding of the platform’s policies and best practices in online gaming.
    • Demonstrated ability to create and optimize digital assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and progressive web applications.
    • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics.
    • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
    • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
    • Fluent/Native level of Russian/Ukrainian language is a bonus.

     

    Location

    We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Senior Data Analyst to join us at WinLux Europe. We are looking for someone who has solid experience with iGaming. You will develop robust data models, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI. You will consolidate data from multiple sources—including our internal platform and product analytics tools—and deliver comprehensive reports that detail spend, ROI, cohort analysis, and other essential metrics. A deep understanding of key online casino metrics and industry trends is essential for success in this role.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Integration & Analysis:

    • Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to consolidate information from various sources.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.

    Reporting & Dashboard Creation:

    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
    • Build comprehensive reports that analyze key performance indicators, such as spend, ROI, cohort trends, and other granular metrics.

    About you

    You are a dynamic and hands-on leader with substantial experience in direct-to-consumer products, ideally within the gambling or related industries (gaming, social casino, sweepstakes or similar). You excel at driving growth and innovation, with a comprehensive understanding of product development, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives. In this role, you will be at the helm, leading all departments with a focus on executing strategic projects and optimizing performance across the organization. Your ability to learn quickly and acquire expertise in the gambling niche will be crucial, as is your proven aptitude for managing teams, delivering results under pressure, and engaging deeply in both the technical and operational facets of the business. You are also fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian languages. These qualities make you the ideal candidate to guide our company toward sustained success.
