Proxima Cloud CRM is an advanced CRM platform designed to automate business processes, manage customer data, and integrate with various services. Our goal is to build a scalable, reliable, and innovative product that helps businesses increase efficiency and improve customer interactions.

π Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical strategy of Proxima Cloud CRM. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in developing and implementing CRM systems and be an expert in architecture, integration, and scaling of such solutions.
β What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture and development.
- Expertise in Golang, JavaScript frameworks (Angular), Flutter/Dart, PostgreSQL, AWS.
- Experience managing teams of 20+ people.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and workflow management using Jira.
- Experience in designing scalable cloud solutions.
- Strong skills in integrating with external services and APIs.
Strategic and leadership capabilities.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical strategy for Proxima Cloud CRM.
- Architectural design, scaling, and integration of the system with external services.
- Ensure high code quality, reliability, and system performance.
- Manage a team of 30 developers and QAs.
- Optimize development processes and implement best practices.
- Establish and oversee workflows using Jira (task tracking, workflow setup, and deadline control).
- Work with AWS, setting up cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with the business team to align technical solutions with business goals.
Mentor and develop the team.
