PPC manager (BH) Casino

We are seeking a talented PPC Manager to join our dynamic digital team. 

• We do not hire candidates from these countries and do not work with russia and belarus!
• Only for Ukrainians in Ukraine and outside the country (Europe).

Main functional responsibilities:

• Manage and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, etc.)
• Implement black hat strategies in compliance with company policies.
• Track and optimize campaign performance using advanced tracking and analytical tools.
• Develop and maintain performance reports for key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the analytics team to ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in PPC and black hat strategies.

Requirements:

• Professional:
  Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC management, specifically within the Casino or similar high-risk industries.
• Proven track record in black hat techniques and PPC optimization strategies.
• Strong technical knowledge in tracking setups, conversion optimization, and using tools like Google Analytics, Voluum, Redtrack, etc.
• Experience in working with large budgets and achieving high ROI.
• Ability to analyze large sets of data to make informed decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and regulations.

Conditions of Employment:

• Benefits: vacation (24 working days), sick leave (up to request and coverage 100%), team building;
• Term of probation period: 3 months;
• Salary details: Entrepreneur Contract in Ukraine, Service agreement contract Worldwide, Crypto (euro gross);
• Salary Review: in 6 months after completing probation period and continuous service with the company and then on 6 monthly basis from the last date of the review;
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri, and we operate in the Kyiv time zone, Ukraine.
