We are looking for a CRM Content Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit compelling promo-offer copies and emails;
- Prepare layouts for the website and direct customer communication (tournament descriptions, emails, sms, notifications etc.);
- Collaborate with a CRM team to implement all the activities based on product promo plans;
- Write clear task descriptions for a design team;
- Manage website banners and snippets to enhance user engagement.
Qualifications:
- iGaming (casino & betting) industry experience;
- Proficiency in English is a requirement;
- Email and other CRM comms writing experience;
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems;
- Basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative design projects;
- Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2.
