Strong Junior/Middle Business Development Manager

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Success Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our customer relationships, ensuring their experience with us is seamless, successful, and impactful. You will work closely with our clients, supporting them in achieving their goals while driving adoption and satisfaction with our platform.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2+ year of experience in IT sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create client reports.
  • Education: A technical or language-related education is preferred.
  • English Proficiency: Strong English skills (verbal and written) at B2 level or higher, with a focus on business communications.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion and Zapier for content management and marketing automation.

In July 2023 the company was founded by one of the top marketing strategist with experience in the US companies Google, Cisco, and Walmart Global Tech. It is headquartered in the capital of Great Britain, with a development office in Lviv.
The platform’s beta version was launched in December 2024. The company has $20,000 MRR and a waiting list of over 500 top managers and marketing and sales professionals who want to get early access to the platform.
The startup plans to raise another $2-3 million in a pre-seed round in April 2025. The public launch of the product is scheduled for March of this year.

We currently have two offices: one at the headquarters of Google Cloud in London for our leadership and commercial team, and one in Lviv for our technology and marketing team.
