About the Company:
Is a digital wellness app for iOS and Android designed to help individuals with ADHD and phone or social media addiction regain focus, mental well-being, and productivity. The app emphasizes self-help and personal development, with opportunities for future projects in this space.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and launch native iOS, Android applications from scratch to deployment on the App Store.
• Lead technical execution and collaborate with Yuriy on both coding and brainstorming.
• Ensure app functionality meets user needs, particularly for ADHD and digital wellness.
• Integrate APIs such as Apple Screen Time API and develop notification services for reminders and alerts.
• Maintain familiarity with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, especially regarding privacy and system-level interactions.
• Manage technical aspects of the project, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and adhere to project management best practices, including daily communications.

Qualifications:

Required:

1. Technical Expertise:
   • Extensive experience as a Lead/CTO or similar leadership role in mobile application development.
   • Proven track record as a Full-Stack iOS Developer, with expertise in Swift, UIKit, or SwiftUI.
   • Backend development experience in general-purpose programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
   • Previous experience launching consumer-facing iOS or Android applications at scale.
   • In-depth knowledge of notification services and API integration for features like reminders and alerts.
2. Soft Skills:
   • Self-managed and entrepreneurial mindset with a history of building and launching personal projects.
   • Highly communicative and responsive, comfortable with remote work dynamics.
   • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to ambiguity.
3. Language Proficiency:
   • Proficiency in English 
4. Experience in Consumer Apps:
   • Familiarity with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.
   • Demonstrated success in building apps aligned with user-centric design and functionality.
