Your responsibilities: π»
Leadership and Team Development:
- Manage a team of 4-5 paid traffic specialists: set tasks, monitor performance, motivate, and develop the team.
- Ensure the growth of both hard and soft skills within the team by conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings and performance reviews.
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a paid promotion strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads for European markets, focusing on growth and scalability.
- Generate and test hypotheses to improve campaign efficiency.
Operational Management and Optimization:
- Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns (search ads, display, video, targeted ads, etc.) with the team.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (CPO, ROI, LTV), and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Enhance campaign optimization processes, including automation based on data feeds.
Analytics and Innovation:
- Initiate and conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in performance marketing and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, analytics, product) to achieve shared business goals.
Our expectations: β
- At least 5 years of experience in PPC, with 2+ years as a PPC Team Lead or in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing a paid traffic team of at least 5 people (experience in hiring and onboarding specialists is mandatory).
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Successful experience developing and implementing traffic acquisition strategies through Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads for European markets.
- Deep understanding of campaign management principles and experience running large-scale campaigns in the mentioned platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to work with large datasets, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with analytics systems (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets of β¬500,000+ per month in a team environment.
- Knowledge of tools for campaign automation.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Systematic thinking, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
Would be a plus: β
- Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
- Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI).
