    Your responsibilities: 💻

    Leadership and Team Development:

    Strategy and Planning:

    Operational Management and Optimization:

    • At least 5 years of experience in PPC, with 2+ years as a PPC Team Lead or in a similar role.
    • Proven experience managing a paid traffic team of at least 5 people (experience in hiring and onboarding specialists is mandatory).

    • Successful experience developing and implementing traffic acquisition strategies through Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads for European markets.

    • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.

    • Ability to solve complex design problems.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Proactive communication skills with the ability to propose and discuss ideas effectively.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to project changes.
    • Receptiveness to constructive feedback from the team.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher (for working with documentation).
