Position Overview
As the Team Lead (CRM Project), you will oversee the development and implementation of a new, large-scale CRM platform. You will be responsible for managing a cross-functional development team, ensuring technical excellence, and driving project success. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Flutter, PHP, GoLang, JavaScript frameworks (Angular or Vue.js), PostgreSQL, and the AWS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team (developers, QA engineers, designers) working on the CRM project.
- Provide hands-on guidance in architecture, coding best practices, and design patterns.
- Project Management
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Oversee project planning, sprint management, and milestone tracking, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Software Architecture & Design
- Define and maintain the architectural blueprint for the CRM system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Make decisions on technology stack usage, design patterns, and system integrations.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance
- Perform regular code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Champion test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams (Product Management, QA, UX/UI) to align on requirements and project objectives.
Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement security best practices across the entire development lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize development processes and tools.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the product innovative and competitive.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Technical Skills:
- PHP: Expertise in developing large-scale web applications.
- JavaScript Frameworks: Excellent working knowledge of Angular.
- Database: Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization.
AWS: Solid experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.), infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Proven experience managing teams, setting goals, and driving accountability.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management.
- Ability to balance technical depth with project oversight, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Preferred/Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Prior experience working in the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
