We are looking for a Ruby Developer to join our team. This role is focused on improving and maintaining our back-office application, developed in Ruby and Ruby on Rails, and offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team while honing your technical skills.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to design and implement new features.

• Develop tools to streamline onboarding for clients and setup functional tasks.

• Maintain and improve the back-office application, ensuring clean and high-quality code through peer reviews and implementing unit and functional tests.

• Work with APIs for data collection, management, and integration.


Requirements:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

• Familiarity with Bootstrap and ideally ReactJS.

• Strong communication skills to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• English level: B2 or above.


Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Snowflake. 

• Some exposure to Java or Scala (frontend focus) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in French.
