Website Content Manager Offline

Ukrainian Product 🇺🇦

YouScan is one of the most successful Ukrainian SaaS companies. Our deep tech product, powered by in-house developed AI technology, is one of the leaders in a social listening space globally, and we’re extremely proud of it

Background:

Our website (https://youscan.io) is the cornerstone of our sales funnel. It captures the majority of our inbound leads through demo requests, e-book downloads, etc. We present and evolve our website's content in four key languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Portuguese. Due to the ever growing amount of content on our website, we’re looking for a dedicated team member who will be overseeing and optimizing it, as well as create new content for the website (new landing pages, product description pages, use-case pages, etc) with the support of our team.

Job Responsibilities:

In the Website Content Manager role, you will take charge of our website. Think of this role as a “product owner” role for our website, www.youscan.io. Your primary objective will be  its continuous and strategic enhancement.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aiming to:

  • Ensure the existing website content is current and relevant for our ICP; update the existing content with the new information when necessary;

  • Create new content for the landing pages and demo request forms, test and refine them;

  • Regularly introduce new website sections to address new use cases and YouScan product features.

  • Guarantee consistency of the website content across all language versions;

  • Boost the conversion of visitors into demo requests (MQLs);

  • Work with our website developer to continuously improve website’s SEO rankings;

  • Manage the working process with the content agency and link building provider(s).

  • Deliver monthly reports for the marketing team on our website performance (based on GA and Ahrefs data).

To achieve this, you’ll have the full support of our team, which includes graphic designers, website developer, digital marketing manager, two brand managers, and a CMO.

Please note – in this role, we don’t expect you to write long-form content for our blog. We work with a content agency to produce SEO-optimised content for our blog; our brand managers occasionally write new blog posts as well. But, if your skills and workload would allow for occasional blogging, that would be an additional win.

Requirements:

  • B2/C1 English. As we’re an international team, we communicate in our Slack mostly in English. The main website language is English, too. Hence, we expect you to be a proficient English speaker/writer. (Our Spanish and Portuguese-speaking colleagues will handle the translations for our website’s Spanish and Portuguese versions;)

  • Hands-on experience with CMS systems.

  • We use Figma for web pages prototyping and design, so having some experience with Figma or similar design tools is important to allow you to prototype new website sections quickly;

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools, such as Ahrefs;

  • Deep experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console;

  • Proficiency in persuasive copywriting for the landing pages content;

  • Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot);

  • If you have hands-on experience in A/B testing and conversion optimizing, that’s a big plus.

  • An analytical mindset with a sparkle of creativity, and a laser focused attention to detail.

Сonditions and benefits:

  • The interviewing process for this role includes a test task and 2 interviews.

  • Hybrid work in the Kyiv office or full remote.

  • Unlimited paid vacations and sick leaves.

  • 4-day workweek in summer.

Application Process:

To apply, please complete the following test assignment:

1. Identify a specific area for impactful improvement within our website's content. Document your findings and create a brief screencast (up to 5 minutes, free on Loom, for example) discussing them.

2. Demonstrate a landing page or a website that you worked on and which had a good conversion rate. Explain your thought process that went into designing it.
