What you will be doing:

  • dive into LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities to uncover hidden gems;
  • reach out with personalized messages that grab attention and make a spark;
  • conduct interviews to identify culture-fit candidates;
  • partner with hiring managers and venture leads to understand team needs and craft hiring strategies;
  • help showcase why joining our ventures is the best career move someone can make.

 

Your background:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting (startups preferably);
  • you thrive on connecting with others and building long-term relationships;
  • you’re comfortable navigating sourcing tools and talent platforms;
  • you’re always learning about industries, trends, and what makes people tick;
  • you catch the little things that make a big difference during the conversations;
  • you’re adaptable, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments;
  • you`re comitted to high standarts and building high performing teams.
