IT Recruiter
We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. You have a great opportunity to become part of a product team and help us develop our projects together.
What the work process looks like:
- Conducting the full recruitment cycle for IT and iGaming positions (from clarifying requirements to the candidate’s start on the project);
- Actively sourcing candidates through various channels;
- Maintaining reports in our CRM system;
- Analyzing your own work and improving metrics where necessary;
- Providing timely feedback to candidates, and daily pipeline management.
What we expect:
- Recruitment experience (closing IT or iGaming vacancies for at least 2 years);
- Interest in the iGaming industry and its development;
- Ability to work with candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job sites, Boolean search, etc.);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- High level of self-organization and result-oriented approach. Independence;
- English level B2 or higher (important to have competent writing skills and be able to communicate well);
- Willingness to grow and develop.
Conditions:
- Working hours from 10 a.m to 7 p.m GMT+2
- Fully remote
