Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute ASO strategies to improve app visibility, downloads, and user acquisition for casual and social casino apps.
• Perform keyword research and optimization using tools like Mobile Action, AppTweak, or similar platforms.
• Manage Custom Listings and LiveOps Events
• Monitor and analyze app store performance metrics, rankings, and trends using Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to align on ASO goals and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on app store algorithm updates, ASO best practices, and competitor strategies.
• Solve ASO-related challenges with a practical and data-driven approach.
Requirements:
• Language Skills: Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
• Analytical Skills: Excels in data analysis, able to derive insights and actionable strategies from datasets.
• ASO Expertise: Experience with keyword ranking tools (e.g., Mobile Action, AppTweak, etc) and knowledge of keyword optimization best practices.
• Project Management: String organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple teams and deadlines effectively.

and financial requirements are met

- Collaborate with the finance team to address discrepancies and manage payment timelines
- Creative Uploads to UA Campaigns: Manage the uploading of creative assets to various ad platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs)

- 3-5 years in user acquisition operations, digital marketing, or ad tech
- Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads)
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and fraud prevention
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Monday.com) is advantageous
- Fluent English
