Operation Manager (L2 Support) with night shifts by CET timezone

Responsibilities :

  • Tracking and handling customer support requests (via CRM, social media, Slack channels, etc.);
  • Analyze incoming requests, solve them or transform into tasks and direct to responsible specialists;
  • Working with partners for processing support requests;
  • Preparing ready-made text scripts (templates) for handling user requests;
  • Assignments and tasks from the direct manager.
  • Carrying out operations in the software package. 
  • Operational report on the work performed to the immediate supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics \Finance(or a related field)
  • English  Pre-Intermediate level or higher
  • Possessing an analytical mindset
  • Detail-oriented, attention to detail and responsible
  • Reliable and proficient in using a computer


 

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of cryptocurrencies and crypto products
  • Experience with 1C, admin panels, or similar programs
