User Acquisition Manager - META Ads (Ohayu at Genesis) Offline
Hello!
We are looking for an ambitious and independent User Acquisition Manager who will lead our META marketing activities in B2C telco product.
Work format: Possibility to work fully remotely or from our offices in Warsaw or Kyiv
About us:
- We are a mobile and web application (Web, iOS, Android) that enables easy and fast purchases of mobile data packages in any country in the world, leveraging eSIM technology
- Our product allows seamless use of internet services while traveling at rates much lower than roaming and without having to search for local operators or purchase physical SIM cards
Your tasks:
- Plan, execute, and optimize our advertising budgets on META Ads and other display sources to drive user acquisition;
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop the marketing plan for the upcoming months and execute it later on;
- Partnering with copywriters and designers to craft, refine, and approve high-performing ad creatives;
- Track, analyze and improve key metrics (CPA, ROI, and others);
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Analytics Team to improve KPIs;
- Driving maximum efficiency in ad spend through ongoing campaign optimization, leveraging insights from extensive A/B testing on creatives, objectives, UX enhancements, and other strategic improvements.
About you:
- +3 years of expertise in META Ads, mastering its nuances;
- Proven track record of managing hefty budgets and processing extensive data volumes;
- A sharp, data-driven mindset that informs every decision (in-depth familiarity with key metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL, and more);
- Extensive experience in optimizing CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR;
- A clear grasp of creative strategies, including crafting impactful concepts and launching dozens of creatives daily;
- Skilled in automation to streamline and optimize processes;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, DAX, and SQL, coupled with expertise in funnel analytics and A/B testing;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas simply and effectively;
- Exceptional writing skills, ensuring clear, concise, and impactful communication;
- Resilient under pressure, with the ability to navigate tough situations and manage objections with finesse;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at working autonomously with a sense of ownership;
- A visionary builderβs mindset β excelling in creating, scaling, and innovating where nothing existed before;
- At least upper intermediate English level (all work communication in English).
