Integration System Analyst (telecom)

We are looking for an Integration System Analyst with solid experience in the telecom area. The role involves creating and maintaining integration workflows using web services (REST, SOAP) or ETL tools, analyzing API changes, and working closely with developers to prepare and document change requests. The candidate must have strong expertise in API testing using tools like Postman, cURL, and MockServer to validate API behavior and assess system impacts.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain integration workflows using web services or ETL tools for DB-to-DB integration.

• Test APIs using Postman, cURL, and MockServer to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment with documentation.

• Set up and manage integration environments for development and testing.

• Analyze API documentation and assess the impact of changes on systems.

• Prepare clear and detailed change request descriptions for developers.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.

• Document processes, findings, and integration details.

General:

• Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows.

• Research integration technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience in telecom.

• Proficiency in SQL and database management.

• Experience with API testing using Postman, cURL, and MockServer.

• Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP) and ETL tools/workflows.

• Ability to simulate and test APIs during development and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of  PL/SQL, Java and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) will be plus.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze API changes and assess system impacts.

• Strong communication skills to prepare detailed change requests and collaborate with teams.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
