Senior Account Manager/Team Lead (Dating, Sweepstakes)

Our expectation of you: 

 

Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on dating and sweepstakes verticals.

Traffic Knowledge: Deep understanding of traffic sources, campaign optimization, and industry best practices.

Advertiser Expertise: Proven experience working with advertisers, managing accounts, and negotiating contracts.

Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team to achieve shared goals.

Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data, make decisions, and implement solutions effectively.

Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

 

Your mission:

 

Advertiser Management: Build and maintain high-level communication with advertisers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the affiliate network in the dating and sweepstakes niches.

Traffic Expertise: Oversee traffic management, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for better results.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers to achieve targets and drive success.

Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and ensure all deliverables are met.
