Business Owner for Super APP Offline

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Owner to drive the development and success of a cutting-edge mobile application. Our vision is to create a Super App specifically designed for Alpine ski resorts, offering a seamless platform where customers can book essential services such as food delivery, ski rental, ski passes, ski schools, ski services, car rentals, transfers, and more.

In this pivotal role, you will have end-to-end ownership of the app—from technical development to business operations—while working closely with the Founder and Administrative Board.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Fully lead the technical development and implementation of all product features.
• Ensure the product functionality meets basic customer needs and exceeds quality expectations.
• Promote the app among partners like WeSki, Heidi, and hotels, building strong collaborations.
• Integrate basic services such as taxi and food delivery, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Take full ownership of the project’s P&L and unit economics, driving profitability and efficiency.
   

Required Skills

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience in managing developers and leading technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in mobile app development and launching scalable applications.
• Strong business development (BizDev) skills with a track record of forming strategic partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial background, with the ability to think strategically and drive initiatives independently.
• Experience in the travel industry and understanding customer needs in this sector will be a big advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1-C2 level).
