We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work in the iGaming industry. The primary responsibility is to provide high-quality user support.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and resolving incoming inquiries via various communication channels: tickets, chats, and calls, all exclusively in English.
- Adhering to internal rules and policies.
- Communicating with other departments and escalating cases when necessary.
- Maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role.
- At least 6 months of experience in the iGaming industry.
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and decision-making ability.
Working conditions:
- Work format: office-based in Kyiv (Pechersk metro station).
- Working hours: from 9:00 or 10:00 to 19:00 or 20:00.
