Customer Support Specialist (iGaming) Offline

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work in the iGaming industry. The primary responsibility is to provide high-quality user support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and resolving incoming inquiries via various communication channels: tickets, chats, and calls, all exclusively in English.
  • Adhering to internal rules and policies.
  • Communicating with other departments and escalating cases when necessary.
  • Maintaining documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the iGaming industry.
  • English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and decision-making ability.

 

Working conditions:

  • Work format: office-based in Kyiv (Pechersk metro station).
  • Working hours: from 9:00 or 10:00 to 19:00 or 20:00.

  2. Interview with the manager.
  3. Final interview.
  4. Job offer.
