Your Role:
 

• Find and Attract New Partners: You’ll be the driving force behind acquiring new partners to expand our network.
• Build and Strengthen Relationships: Foster long-term, successful partnerships and ensure mutual growth.
• Monitor and Analyze Performance: Regularly review statistics and assess the success of partnerships.
• Partner Communication & Support: Help solve issues and build trust-based relationships with our partners.
• Account Management: Ensure the continued effectiveness of current partners and optimize performance.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle any disagreements or conflicts to maintain smooth operations.
• Set Clear Goals: Collaborate with partners to scale traffic and achieve joint goals.
• Report Your Success: Keep track of your efforts and report on your achievements.
   

What We’re Looking For:
 

• Experience in iGaming: Previous experience in affiliate management or support roles in the gambling or betting industry.
• Proactive and Communicative: You bring initiative and have excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Uzbek: Required to ensure effective communication with our partner network.
• Affiliate Manager Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a similar role in gambling or betting.
• A Strong Network: Having a base of reliable partners who can drive high-quality traffic is a major plus.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: You should be able to negotiate effectively both online and offline.
