Description
A white-label startup within a large international iGaming company is looking for a talented and motivated Affiliate Manager. Our team is still in its formative stages, and you have a unique opportunity to become an expert in this field, test hypotheses, and actively influence the development of processes.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry;
  • A thorough understanding of the affiliate marketing trends and specifics of the Azerbaijan and Turkey markets;
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish or Azerbaijani is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to persuade and negotiate at different levels;
  • Strategic thinking, ability to develop and implement long-term strategies;
  • Willingness to work towards high results and achieve set goals;
  • Experience with sales funnels and the creation of predictive models for acquisition in channels;
  • Understanding of customer retention tools;
  • Knowledge of unit economics.
Responsibilities
  • Identifying and attracting high-quality affiliates in Turkey and Azerbaijan;
  • Developing and implementing strategies for acquiring new affiliates, expanding into new markets;
  • Managing and optimizing affiliate programs to maximize profitability;
  • Negotiating with potential partners and signing contracts; strengthening and maintaining partnerships;
  • Ensuring that all marketing materials comply with the company's brand standards;
  • Collecting and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and affiliate programs;
  • Preparing regular reports on progress and performance with affiliates;
  • Actively participating in leading industry events and meetups to expand your network and stay up to date with current affiliate marketing trends;
  • Establishing strong relationships with key players in the affiliate industry and expanding your contact network;
  • Close collaboration with other departments (AM, marketing) to ensure alignment of strategies and actions.
