Systemno is a team of professionals with over 3 years of experience, providing full-cycle services in digital marketing. We work with European markets as well as the USA, Canada, and Australia. Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to help us build effective projects and processes.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with the team and clients.
• Set up workflows for projects in ClickUp.
• Assign tasks, monitor their execution, and verify quality.
• Quickly solve problems and handle emergencies.
• Calculate budgets and invoices, ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Facilitate effective team communication.

👤 Who we are looking for:

Skills and Experience:
   

• English at a B2 level or higher (fluent communication, conducting meetings).
• Understanding the setup and operation of advertising accounts and campaigns.
• 1+ years of experience as a project manager (preferably in eCom, FinTech, or EdTech).
• Knowledge of general management principles and project management basics.
• Ability to work under multitasking and stressful conditions.
• Strategic thinking and an analytical approach.
• Experience in working with people and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to dive into the details of any process.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with planning tools (Notion, ClickUp – must-have).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (Intermediate level or higher).
