ML engineer • Data automation specialist

Required Skills & Experience:

Core Expertise:

• Proficiency in AI/ML models such as OpenAI (GPT-4+), Claude, Gemini, BERT
• Hands-on experience with STT (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech) technologies
• Ability to write and refine advanced prompts to drive complex AI tasks
• Strong background in Python 
• Experience using AI to process and validate structured files (e.g. Excel) based on logic/templates
• Familiarity with APIs, web scraping, and real-time data integration

Bonus (Highly Valued):

• Experience with n8n or other automation platforms (Zapier, Make)
• Background in high-volume data processing
• Understanding of database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis)
• A genuine interest in exploring emerging AI tools, frameworks, and deployment strategies

 
Responsibilities:

• Build AI-driven workflows for real-time communication and data enrichment
• Design and iterate prompts for AI agents handling inbound/outbound communication (voice/text)
• Integrate STT/TTS pipelines into user-facing features
• Analyze large datasets to generate summaries, insights, and intelligent routing
• Prototype and test AI-driven internal tools and external user-facing features
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI into core operational flows
• Opportunity to explore AWS Bedrock and other enterprise-grade AI platforms
