HR, Recruiter in IT
Responsibilities:
• Full cycle of recruiting;
• Full employee cycle (onboarding. offboarding, employee retention);
• Creating HR policies and procedures, updating them, setting them up in HR systems (recruiting system; vacation & days-off; hiring week; etc);
• Employee development (PDPs, grade system, Performance review, training programmes, etc);
• Conducting regular 1:1;
• Conducting different surveys, analysing results, comprehensive presentation;
• Analytics (HR & recruiting metrics);
• Resolving conflict situations;
• Organization of various events (online and offline).
- building recruiting and HR processes from scratch;
- mentoring other team members;
- working in international teams;
