Amazon PPC and Account Auditor Offline

We’re looking for an Amazon PPC and Account Auditor who will play a pivotal role in assessing client accounts, uncovering inefficiencies, and presenting actionable insights in line with our high standards of quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. PPC Audits
    • Review and analyze existing PPC campaign structures, portfolios, and performance metrics (e.g., ACOS, ROAS, wasted spend).
    • Identify inefficiencies such as irrelevant keywords, low-converting search terms, and suboptimal placements.
    • Evaluate campaign setups for common errors (e.g., lack of negatives, mixed match types, SKUs, or frequency).
    • Assess alignment between PPC strategies and organic performance metrics.
  2. Account and Listing Audits
    • Conduct indexation checks to ensure all keywords are optimized and indexed correctly.
    • Analyze product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and A+ content) for SEO and conversion optimization.
    • Compare client listings against competitors to identify gaps in messaging, visuals, and content.
    • Provide detailed reports on how to improve listing quality and relevancy.
  3. Market and Competitor Analysis
    • Perform market share tracking and assess the client’s position within the niche.
    • Analyze competitor PPC strategies, search terms, traffic sources, and promotions.
    • Identify opportunities for keyword domination and strategic growth.
  4. Reporting and Recommendations
    • Deliver clear, actionable reports summarizing audit findings.
    • Collaborate with the team to present audit results and suggest improvements to clients.
    • Track and ensure implementation of recommended changes where necessary.

 

 

Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon PPC (SP, SB, SD), and SEO best practices.
  • Experience in tools such as:
    • Helium 10 (Cerebro, Magnet, Index Checker)
    • DataDive
    • X-ray
    • SQP Reports
    • Sellerboard and/or business reports
    • AsinSight, Keepa, and other competitor analysis tools

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with Amazon PPC and account audits or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create and present audit reports.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of market trends, seasonality, and niche dynamics within Amazon ecosystems.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in an Amazon-focused agency or as a freelancer specializing in Amazon PPC and account optimization.
  • Familiarity with keyword clustering, semantic analysis, and campaign restructuring.
  • Basic knowledge of external traffic strategies like TikTok Shop, social media ads, or influencer marketing is a plus.
