Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and customer-focused Community Manager / Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role is essential in fostering a vibrant community and ensuring our users receive top-notch support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate investment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for engaging with and assisting our growing user base.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Community Management:

   - Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our online community.

   - Monitor and respond to community feedback on social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.

   - Organize and facilitate community events (AMO sessions,Investment training sessions), webinars, and online discussions to foster engagement and knowledge sharing.

   - Create and curate content that resonates with our community, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.

   - Identify and collaborate with community influencers and brand advocates.

 

2. Customer Support:

   - Provide timely and effective customer support via email, live chat, and social media.

   - Resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

   - Document and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

   - Develop and maintain a comprehensive FAQ and knowledge base for our users.

   - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

 

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

   - Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to community engagement and customer support.

   - Provide insights and feedback from the community to help shape product development and marketing strategies.

 

4. Reporting and Analysis:

   - Track and analyze community engagement and customer support metrics to measure initiatives' success and identify improvement opportunities.

   - Prepare regular reports on community and customer support activities for management review.

 

Requirements:

   - Proven experience in community management and/or customer support, preferably in fintech or digital products.

   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

   - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

   - Familiarity with social media platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter and different web3 platforms and customer support tools.

   - Empathy and a passion for helping others.

   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

   - Basic understanding of real estate investing is a plus.
