What experience is important to us:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in working with digital products.
- Experience with B2B sales and traffic management.
- Strong skills in team management, process development, and optimization.
- Ability to measure and report department performance using metrics and KPIs.
What you will do:
- Management of Sales & Marketing teams: planning and control of their work.
- Analysis and development of the department's development strategy.
- Building effective communication and long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients together with the team.
- Analytics and development of the Affiliate direction (keeping internal metrics and working with top managers to improve them) to increase the number of leads.
- Working with key partners and clients.
- Development of sales plans, achievement of approved plan indicators.
- Testing and analysis of competitive markets in order to obtain maximum profitability, traffic optimization\partner program.
