As you know, we have many clients, and they all want constant communication with us. That's why we need a skilled professional with experience in customer support.

What we want in return:

- Proven working experience as a customer success, account manager or a relevant role 2+ years;

- Experience in SaaS products;

- Working experience with crypto/blockchain projects;

- Experience in customer support is a plus;

- Fluency in English;

- You are empathic and communicate proactively, fast, and politely.

What we will do:

- Taking care of maintaining and developing relationships with clients and subcontractors.

- Continuously communication and improvement of cooperation with clients.

- Daily registering problem cases (claims management) and informing/escalating to the internal team.

- Client account management.

- Onboarding of the clients.

- Demo preparations of the product.

- Cooperation with the product team.
