Responsibilities:

  • Plan the Customer Journey: Design and map out the customer journey from the initial ad interaction to the final conversion, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience;
  • Collaborate with Advertising Networks: Work closely with various advertising networks to expand reach and optimize campaign effectiveness;
  • Set Up Campaigns: Configure and launch advertising campaigns within different advertising network panels;
  • Select Appropriate Placements: Identify and choose optimal placements for ongoing campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement;
  • Choose Creative Formats: Determine the most effective creative formats—including images, videos, and text—to resonate with the target audience;
  • Optimize Landing Pages: Select and adjust landing pages to improve user experience and increase conversion rates;
  • Conduct A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate different approaches and optimize campaign performance;
  • Manage Advertising Budget: Oversee and control the advertising budget to ensure efficient allocation and spending;
  • Monitor Advertising Spend: Continuously track advertising expenditures against set goals and KPIs such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CR (Conversion Rate), and CTR (Click-Through Rate);
  • Optimize Campaigns: Adjust and refine campaigns based on performance data and established KPIs to achieve the best possible ROAS;
  • Perform Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and conduct competitive research to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.


Requirements: 

  • 1+ year of professional experience as a Media Buyer/Traffic Acquisition Manager or in a similar role;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CR, ROI, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL, CPS, and ROMI;
  • Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.);
  • Understanding of and interest in crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive strategic decisions and improve campaign performance;
  • Proficiencyt in using media buying tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.), and A/B testing;
  • Excellent negotiation skills with advertising networks, platforms, and publishers;
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
