SMM / Brand Awareness Specialist Offline

Main Objective: Increase Brand Awareness across social media using Branded Content 🟒 

 

We are a fast-growing software development and consulting company with a strong focus on quality and innovation. We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to take over our social media channels and help us build consistent brand awareness across key platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media plan that aligns with our brand strategy, values, and proposition.

β€’ Content Creation: Create and curate content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.com using existing visual elements and templates in Figma.

β€’ Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content adheres to the company’s branding and messaging guidelines.

β€’ Community Engagement: Manage and grow our online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and driving conversations that boost brand awareness.

β€’ Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

β€’ Outreach for Following: Increase our social media following through proactive outreach, collaborations, and audience-building strategies.

 

Key Requirements:

β€’ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally in the B2B software development or technology space.

β€’ Experience in growing social media following and engaging with online communities.

β€’ Understanding of brand voice and storytelling.

β€’ Ability to track, measure, and optimize performance metrics.

β€’ Ability to work independently
