SMM / Brand Awareness Specialist Offline
Main Objective: Increase Brand Awareness across social media using Branded Content π’
We are a fast-growing software development and consulting company with a strong focus on quality and innovation. We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to take over our social media channels and help us build consistent brand awareness across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media plan that aligns with our brand strategy, values, and proposition.
β’ Content Creation: Create and curate content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.com using existing visual elements and templates in Figma.
β’ Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content adheres to the companyβs branding and messaging guidelines.
β’ Community Engagement: Manage and grow our online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and driving conversations that boost brand awareness.
β’ Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
β’ Outreach for Following: Increase our social media following through proactive outreach, collaborations, and audience-building strategies.
Key Requirements:
β’ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally in the B2B software development or technology space.
β’ Experience in growing social media following and engaging with online communities.
β’ Understanding of brand voice and storytelling.
β’ Ability to track, measure, and optimize performance metrics.
β’ Ability to work independently
