The ideal candidate has:

• 2+ year of experience in Email Marketing;
• Experience with Tier 1;
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher;

• Great attention to detail.

   

Main tasks:

• Research and analysis of the user base to create the most relevant offers;
• Development of personalized offers for users depending on their lifecycle (LTV) - onboarding, development, retention, return;
• Conducting A/B testing of business hypotheses on the product;
• Initial evaluation of test results and decision-making based on analysis;
• Formation of requirements for related departments for retention campaigns;
• Product optimization to increase customer profitability;
• Regular analysis of competitors to ensure the relevance of offers;
• Building an effective retention strategy for an online casino brand that covers multichannels: emails, push notifications, SMS, messengers.
