Lead Software Engineer - AI/LLM Application Developer $$$$ Offline

We are looking for a Senior Developer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) AI development to join our dynamic team and lead AI-driven projects that will define the future of our product offerings.

Responsibilities:
● Lead the design, development, and optimization of LLM-based applications, leveraging techniques in NLP and AI.
● Integrate and manage external AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI's ChatGPT APIs, Anthropic's APIs, Google's PaLM APIs, and other industry-leading
platforms.
● Architect scalable AI/ML systems that seamlessly integrate with existing applications and infrastructure.
● Oversee model training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large-scale
transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.).
● Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on AI
methodologies, best practices, and project execution.
● Drive research and development initiatives to evaluate emerging AI/LLM technologies, tools, and platforms.
● Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with company strategy and user requirements.
● Ensure the secure, ethical, and responsible deployment of AI technologies, adhering to industry best practices.
● Develop robust evaluation metrics and performance benchmarks for AI
models.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, conversational AI, and API integrations, applying relevant innovations to ongoing projects.
 

Requirements:
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
● Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on natural language processing, large language models, and API integration.
● Proven experience leading AI/ML projects from concept to production,
particularly leveraging external AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT APIs, Anthropic APIs).

● Strong expertise in transformer architectures, neural networks, and deep learning techniques.
● Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar languages.
● Experience integrating with external LLM APIs such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, Google PaLM, or Meta’s LLaMA.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI (AWS, GCP, Azure) and
containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Understanding of MLOps for AI pipeline automation, monitoring, and
optimization.

Nice to Have:
● Experience working with conversational AI platforms and fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases.
● Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
● Publications or patents in AI, machine learning, or NLP-related fields.
● Experience with reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, or generative models.
