Head of B2B Account Managers (Online Casino and sportsbook platform) Offline

Key Responsibilities:

- Building and developing a team of B2B account managers, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members

- Developing and implementing account management strategies to increase the client base and improve client retention metrics

- Establishing and optimizing business processes within the department, including the development of client service standards and partner interaction procedures

- Interacting with key partners and clients to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction levels

- Coordinating with other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure seamless operations and achieve the company's strategic goals

- Analyzing the team's performance and providing regular reports to the senior management
 

Requirements:
- Relevant experience within iGaming industry

- Experience in a leadership role of an account management team or similar role in a B2B environment

- Deep understanding of B2B sales, partner relationship management, and customer service

- Proven experience in building a team from scratch and achieving established KPIs

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in English at Upper Intermediate level or higher
