Creative Producer

We are seeking Creative Producer to join our Mobile Apps team for crafting effective ad campaigns which truly deliver.

What you will be working on:

• developing advertising concepts that enhance paid traffic and meet key performance metrics like CPT and CPP;
• facilitate brainstorming sessions and group activities to generate breakthrough ideas;
• prepare comprehensive briefs for the design and content teams to bring your ideas to life;
• oversee and finalize advertising materials to ensure they are of high quality and effectiveness;
• assess campaign performance, develop strategies for ongoing improvement, and stay updated with industry trends;
• continuously analyze the advertising landscape and competitive environment to drive innovation;
• implement new methods to streamline the creative process and maximize ROI.

Your background:

• track record in a creative role, especially within mobile app marketing;
• strong understanding of advertising metrics and optimization strategies;
• proven ability to effectively lead creative projects and teams;
• expertise in creating detailed briefs and offering actionable feedback;
• experience in assessing campaign performance and crafting strategies for enhancement;
• sharp insight into market trends and competitor analysis;
• skilled with creative tools and innovative approaches.
