Recruiter (Entry and Mid-Level) Offline

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their fit for the position.
• Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified professionals.
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database, ensuring information is current.
• Conducting interviews for entry and mid-level positions, evaluating candidates' skills and experience.
• Drafting and managing employment contracts, ensuring their compliance with legal requirements.
• Organizing and conducting onboarding programs for new employees.
• Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure quality recruitment.
• Preparing regular reports on ongoing hiring processes, analyzing sources of recruitment and the effectiveness of recruiting activities.

• Monitoring the labor market and actively participating in the development of talent acquisition and retention strategies.

   

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting for entry and mid-level positions.
• Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and techniques.
• Experience in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the hiring process.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people.
• Ability to quickly understand company needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Document handling skills, including experience in drafting and overseeing employment contracts.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
