We are looking for someone passionate about people and a real passion for finding talent, who does their job and lives and breathes recruiting. You love LinkedIn and cold searching, and recruiting is like an exciting detective story for you, where the goal is to find the perfect candidate. Responsibilities:
- Development of a personnel search strategy: independent creation and implementation of a candidate search strategy to fill open positions in the company
- Maintaining a corporate LinkedIn profile: responsibility for maintaining and developing a corporate profile, actively using the platform as the main tool for finding and attracting talent
- Developing your own LinkedIn profile: continuous work on the development and maintenance of a personal profile on LinkedIn
- Talent search: conducting an active search for candidates from all over the world, including Europe, for positions of various levels - from junior specialists to C-level managers
- Closing vacancies within the established deadlines: organizing and controlling the recruitment process to ensure that vacancies are closed promptly and following established deadlines
Interaction with hiring managers:
- establishing effective communication with hiring managers
- provide detailed reports on candidates, including personal recommendations on how they meet the company's requirements
- expert support of candidates: Full support of candidates at all stages of interviews, providing feedback and being in touch 24/7
- Reporting: preparation and submission of weekly reports on the status of open positions for hiring managers, including analysis of progress, potential difficulties, and suggestions for their solution
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in companies from the IGaming industry
- To be consistent with our philosophy of building long-term relationships with candidates, supporting them at all stages of their career development
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' potential
- Clear understanding of best practices and methods of recruitment
- Proficiency in using search tools (Boolean search, X-Ray, Headhunting, Amazing Hiring)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Creative thinking, readiness to adapt, and a constant desire to improve the interaction with candidates to achieve the set goals
- Ability to keep confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Loves challenges and difficult vacancies
- Prefers challenging work tasks and likes to work with interesting and complicated vacancies
- Fluency in IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, and languages
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Jira, Confluence, People Force, Slack, LinkedIn
Hiring process:
- 1st interview - recruiter
- 2nd final interview - HRD
