SMM Manager

Cryptology Key is seeking a creative and trend-savvy SMM Manager to elevate our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who excels at analyzing trends, brainstorming fresh ideas, and crafting stylish, impactful content for both commercial pages and personal brands. Your main goal will be to drive growth in reach, boost views, and enhance audience engagement across platforms.

Cryptology Key is a fast-growing EdTech company expanding into international markets. Over the past 4 years, we've graduated more than 8,500 students, with 30,000 participants having completed our free courses. We are the largest community of practicing traders in Ukraine, boasting 250,000 members and managing assets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage social media pages: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter.

- Create and implement a content plan for social media in the US market.

- Stay updated on global social media trends and incorporate them into the brand strategy.

- Develop growth tactics to promote pages and attract new audiences.

- Track results, work with analytics, monitor social media metrics and report.

- Coordinate video editors, copywriters, and designers to produce content.

- Write scripts for viral video shoots.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online conversations.

You’re our ideal candidate in case you:

- Have over 2 years of experience managing social media, including in the US market.

- Have impressive cases to share.

- Have an English level of Upper Intermediate or higher.

- Have experience creating English-language content.

- Can organize your work and collaborate well in a team.

- Love being creative and generating ideas with a clear purpose.

- Comfortable with numbers and analytics. Take responsibility for results.

- Can write clear, engaging texts, scripts for reels, trigger headlines, and storytelling.

- Enjoy learning and are familiar with modern education.

- Interested in trading, investment, and cryptocurrency.

- Have basic graphic design skills and can use photo and video editors (Figma, Photoshop, etc.).

- Experience with EdTech, Crypto & Trading products is a plus.
