Middle/Senior Media Buyer Offline

We are growing fast and are looking for a Middle/Senior Media Buyer to join our friendly team!


Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage media buying campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Meta, and Bing.
• Identify target audience segments and select appropriate channels to optimize conversion rates while achieving cost-per-acquisition goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Negotiate ad space and time slots with various media outlets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Oversee existing campaigns and make recommendations on how to optimize them.
• Implement bid strategies, A/B testing, and other optimization techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and changes.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams to align ad strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful experience in media buying on Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and other platforms.
• Experience working with the US/EU and other English-speaking markets.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Google Ads.
• Experience with other platforms like Bing.
• English — Upper-intermediate and higher.
