Solutions Engineer

SpeedSize, a revolutionary Israeli-American deep-tech company specializing in AI-based image and video processing, is looking for a Solutions Engineer to assist in expanding our customer base with your technical expertise. We are expanding our search and are open to candidates with experience in Full-Stack development and QA, who can contribute significantly to the development of our solutions and improve the customer experience.

The responsibilities of a Solutions Engineer include sharing expertise on the product and its integration (mainly front-end expertise, but knowledge in backend development and QA can also be beneficial), using analytical and interpersonal skills to guide our clients and maximize the value they gain from using SpeedSize technology.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to meet KPIs and deadlines, demonstrating strong analytical abilities.

As a TSolutions Engineer, you will:

• Be the product expert and trusted advisor that clients can turn to for guidance on maximizing value from SpeedSize technology.

• Gain experience in front-end and back-end development, web optimization, performance best practices, AI/ML, cloud computing, media compression, and CDN.

• Support customers’ technical queries, solve integration issues, and demonstrate the possibilities of the technology.

• Manage the technical onboarding of new customers and translate their desired outcomes into an implementation plan that will provide value.

• Define new technical requirements for integration and prioritize project timelines.

• Lead all technical-related activities from pre-sale to launch to scale, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure all customer requests and issues are handled promptly, working in collaboration with relevant teams (Customer Success, R&D, Sales, and Marketing).

• Utilize QA practices to ensure high-quality integrations and solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Front-End, or in QA within a global, fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Chrome Dev Tools or other debugging/QA tools.

• Ability to effectively assess and quickly resolve technical issues while working with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Hands-on experience with web and cloud technologies.

• Experience with Full-Stack technologies (e.g.,Node.js, React, Angular) or QA skills (e.g., automated testing, performance testing).

• High-level technical, project, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2 level).

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.

• Highly motivated, result-oriented, fast learner, and open-minded.

Nice to Have:

• BS, BA, BEng degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

• Relevant experience in other technologies or positions.

• Relevant certifications or courses.
