The role
You'll own the GTM OS: the systems that power our entire go-to-market motion across sales, marketing, partnerships, and the handoffs into finance, operating as one cohesive system fed by clean, structured, real-time data.
You'll transform HubSpot into a ledger for the entire company, deploy a PRM, deploy Sybill, and prepare the OS for AI agents (e.g. Gemini Enterprise). You'll build the reporting the company's divisions run on day to day, and own the data quality that holds it all together.
What you'll own
- HubSpot as the company ledger. Architect and build the object and data model, lifecycle states, pipelines, properties, and workflows so HubSpot becomes the ledger the entire company runs on.
- Context graph (Sybill). Deploy and own the context graph. It auto-populates HubSpot with clean, structured data and gives the entire company a unified, data-driven, customer-centric brain to query.
- Partner system (PRM, e.g. Introw.io). Deploy and own the PRM: data model, deal registration, attribution, partner workflows, and payouts.
- Data architecture, quality, and automation. Own enrichment, routing, scoring, and attribution, and automate lead capture, handoffs, lifecycle, and renewals so teams move without manual setup.
- Integrations and MCP. Connect the stack through APIs and prepare it for MCP access so it's ready for AI agents (e.g. Gemini Enterprise).
- Reporting and forecasting. Build the pipeline, forecasting, and attribution reporting the company's divisions run on day to day, and the data-quality standards that keep it trustworthy.
Who you are
- A GTM systems builder. You build revenue systems that compound. You sit where marketing handoffs meet sales execution and post-sale expansion, and you turn business problems into scalable systems.
- Fluent in HubSpot and the wider GTM stack. You know HubSpot cold as the system of record, and you've worked across CRM, automation, and data tooling to make a stack operate as one.
- AI-native. You think AI-first, you're comfortable with the technology, and you can design a data structure and systems built for the agentic future.
- Outcome-driven. Beyond knowing workflows, you tie every build to the business outcome it drives and ruthlessly prioritize your work against them.
- An owner. You think in outcomes and handoffs, and you run a domain end to end.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and owning GTM systems across sales and marketing
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise as the system of record
- Experience deploying and integrating a PRM and the wider GTM stack
- Workflow automation, data architecture, and data-quality governance (enrichment, routing, scoring, attribution)
- API integration work and data modeling
- Revenue forecasting and pipeline analytics
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
- Plus: experience with agentic AI, MCP, and context graphs (Sybill)
