US based software development company is looking for a Technical Support Enginee.
Responsibilities include trouble shooting and fixing software and hardware issues for customers. Direct communication with customers is required in the most cases.
Required skills:
•Technical higher education
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent technical and business writing skills
- Good spoken an written English is the must.
- Linux system and network administration expertise.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking and physical network infrastructure (switches, routers etc).
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMTP, HTTP, SSL, FTP.
- Basic knowledge on relational database.
Desired skills:
- Experience with Linux Redhat.
- Experience with Oracle or Postgres.
- Squid, exim and samba confuguration experience.
