US based software development company  is looking for a Technical Support Enginee.

Responsibilities include trouble shooting and fixing software and hardware issues for customers. Direct communication with customers is required in the most cases.

Required skills:
•Technical higher education 
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent technical and business writing skills
  • Good spoken an written English is the must.
  • Linux system and network administration expertise.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking and physical network infrastructure (switches, routers etc).
  • Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMTP, HTTP, SSL, FTP.
  • Basic knowledge on relational database.

Desired skills:

  • Experience with Linux Redhat.
  • Experience with Oracle or Postgres.
  • Squid, exim and samba confuguration experience.
