We are a data-driven team of T-shaped specialists proficient in several marketing fields. Our primary focus is content and performance-based marketing for product companies. 

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for communication and project management, is inspired by the development in an international environment, and wants to grow daily along with the company. 

 

Role:

🔹Client Communication:

🔹Communicate directly with clients to ensure a smooth communication flow on a daily basis 

🔹Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing updates on project progress

🔹Resource Allocation and Management:

🔹Define and allocate the necessary resources for each project

🔹Monitor and control the hours spent on projects, making adjustments as needed to optimize resource utilization

🔹Reallocate resources effectively to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met

🔹Campaign Planning and Execution:

🔹Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

🔹Oversee the deliverables produced by the delivery team, ensuring they align with clients' business objectives and campaign ideas

 

Team Coordination:

🔹Coordinate and manage the work of Performance, Martech and Creative team specialists

🔹Ensure team collaboration and efficiency in delivering high-quality outputs

🔹Set the objectives and tasks via Project management tools (Active Collab, Monday)

🔹Control the results of daily activities via Google Analytics and Social Media reporting tools

🔹Craft reports for clients in accordance with guidelines and templates

🔹Master digital tools (Google analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush etc.)

🔹Identify opportunities to upsell agency services to clients, enhancing their marketing efforts and driving additional revenue for the agency.

🔹2+ years of work experience in digital marketing;

🔹Desire to learn and develop in the field of Digital Marketing;
